Abstract Submission

The conference will feature both oral and poster contributions. You are invited to submit your abstract(s) with a clear indication of your preference for an oral or poster presentation.

First deadline for submission of abstracts (for inclusion in proceedings): 1st November 2026.

Abstract for Poster only can be submitted before 1st July 2027.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, and the submission should include a suitable title and names, affiliations and e-mail addresses of all authors. Maximum 1 figure can be included in the abstract to illustrate the key results

How to submit an abstract

If you would like to submit an abstract:

1. Download the abstract template and complete it.
2. Register for an account on this website (it’s free to register)
3. Login to your account and upload your abstract (or go to your My Account page if you are already logged in).
